Complaints mechanism
The form below is our complaints mechanism. We welcome you to fill it in if you believe that we have not lived up to our obligations or if you have experienced, seen or heard of any undesirable actions by The Salvation Army and our staff. Your report will be sent to two people; our Head of Communications and the secretary to our Territorial Commander, and will then be handled according to our complaints response mechanism.
Within three weeks of submitting a report, you will be contacted with confirmation of receipt and information about the continued process.
Your report will be handled confidentially and you may choose to be anonymous (in which case we will not be able to contact you).
If your report is concerning a project that is government funded (Sida) through the SMC - Faith in Development we will forward it to them. You may also choose to approach the SMC - Faith in Development directly instead. Please do so through the form at https://www.smc.global/klagomal/
